Обследованы 147 пациентов с впервые выявленным экссудативным плевритом туберкулезной этиологии и 90 пациентов обоего пола с неспецифической этиологией поражения плевры в возрасте 18-65 лет в амбулаторно-диагностическом отделении Национального центра фтизиатрии Кыргызской Республики. Проведено сравнение эхографических признаков и их выраженности при поражении плевры у больных.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Установлено, что при туберкулезном плеврите достоверно чаще фиксируются: фибриновые наложения на листках плевры (66,7 ± 3,4%); эхогенная взвесь, хлопья фибрина в плевральной жидкости (86,30 ± 2,85%); толщина плевры более 4 мм (76,3 ± 3,2%); толщина  фибриновых наложений более 4 мм (75,5 ± 3,3%); толстые фибриновые нити (80,5 ± 2,2%).</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Goal of the study</title><p>Goal of the study: to investigate ultrasonographic manifestations of tuberculous pleurisy.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. 147 new patients suﬀering from exudative tuberculous pleurisy were examined as well as 90 patients both male and female suﬀering from non-speciﬁc pleural lesions at age from 18 to 65 years old in the out-patient diagnostic department of National Phthisiology Center, Kyrgyzstan Republic. Ultrasonographic manifestations and their intensity were compared in the patients with pleural lesions.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The following was conﬁdently more often registered in those suﬀering from tuberculous pleurisy: ﬁbrin deposits on pulmonary pleurae (66.7 ± 3.4%); echogenic suspension, ﬁbrin ﬂakes in pleural ﬂuid (86.3 ± 2.85%); thickness of pleura more than 4 mm (76.3 ± 3.2%); thickness of ﬁbrin deposits more than 4 mm (75.5 ± 3.3%); thick ﬁbrin ﬁbers (80.5 ± 2.2%).</p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>туберкулезный плеврит</kwd><kwd>ультразвуковая диагностика</kwd><kwd>эхогенные компоненты</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>tuberculous pleurisy</kwd><kwd>ultrasound diagnostics</kwd><kwd>ultrasonographic components</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Котович Д.
