Проведено простое открытое когортное исследование, в которое включили 130 пациентов: 1-я группа – больные активным МПТ – 58 человек; 2-я группа – больные хроническими заболеваниями мочеполовой системы, у которых в результате обследования диагноз МПТ был исключен, – 72 человека.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. У 63,8% пациентов 1-й группы результат пробы с ДСТ был положительным, во 2-й группе – положительным у 62,5%. Чувствительность ДСТ у взрослых больных активным МПТ составила 63,8%. Высокий процент положительных результатов пробы с ДСТ у больных с хроническими заболеваниями мочеполовой системы обусловил низкую специфичность теста – 37,5%. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Goal of the study</title><p>Goal of the study: to define the informativeness of diaskintest as a screening method in urogenital tuberculosis patients.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. A simple, open cohort study was conducted enrolling 130 patients: Group 1 included active cases of urogenital tuberculosis – 58 persons; Group 2 included those suffering from chronic urogenital disorders confirmed to have no urogenital tuberculosis – 72 persons.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. 63.8% of patients from Group 1 had a positive result of diaskintest, as well as 62.5% of patients from Group 2. Sensitivity to diaskintest in adult cases of active urogenital tuberculosis made 63.8%.
