Показана необходимость выделения культуры возбудителя и типирования микобактерий для точной и своевременной диагностики и подбора эффективной этиотропной индивидуализированной терапии. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article describes a clinical case of concurrent disseminated pulmonary tuberculosis and non-tuberculous mycobacterial pulmonary lesions caused by М. fortuitum in the HIV negative patient.
