Цель исследования: оценить распространенность латентной туберкулезной инфекции (ЛТИ) и риск ее развития у лиц, отбывающих наказание в исправительном учреждении Федеральной службы исполнения наказаний, используя средства статистического анализа

Материалы и методы

Материалы и методы. Обследовано 232 человека в возрасте от 18 до 67 (27; 22,5-35) лет 

Результаты

Результаты. Наличие контакта с больным туберкулезом в анамнезе и длительность пребывания в заключении являются статистически достоверными факторами риска развития ЛТИ С использованием статистических методов можно прогнозировать вероятность наличия ЛТИ

The objective of the study: to assess the prevalence of latent tuberculous infection (LTI) and risk of its development in the inmates servicing their sentence in a penal colony of the Federal Penitentiary System, using the tools of statistics analysis

Results. Exposure to a tuberculosis case in the past and duration of imprisonment are statistically confident risk factors of developing LTI The use of statistic tools allows predicting the chances of LTI
