Показана необходимость использования быстрых методов определения лекарственной устойчивости возбудителя, позволяющих своевременно подобрать адекватную схему терапии и тем самым минимизировать возможность расширения спектра лекарственной устойчивости возбудителя.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents a clinical case of a patient with respiratory tuberculosis, who experienced the amplification of drug resistance against the background of inadequate chemotherapy for tuberculosis.
