В открытом проспективном сравнительном исследовании проведен анализ факторов тромбогенного риска, маркеров воспаления и инсулинорезистентности у 65 больных хронической обструктивной болезнью легких в сочетании с синдромом обструктивного апноэ сна, 26 из которых получали в комплексном лечении неинвазивную вентиляцию легких (основная группа).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Показатели содержания в крови гомоцистеина и фрагментов протромбина 1 + 2 находятся в тесной зависимости от продолжительности ночной гипоксемии, концентраций С-реактивного белка, С-пептида, эндотелиального сосудистого фактора роста и могут корригироваться применением CPAP-терапии.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>The objective</title><p>The objective: to study the effect of sleep-related breathing disorders on the activation of blood coagulation reactions associated with systemic inflammation in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and concurrent obstructive sleep apnea.</p></sec><sec><title>Subjects and methods</title><p>Subjects and methods. An open prospective comparative study analyzed thrombogenic risk factors, markers of inflammation and insulin resistance in 65 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and concurrent obstructive sleep apnea, 26 of them received non-invasive ventilation as a part of their therapy (main group).</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results.
