В исследование включено 40 детей от 3 до 17 лет с анормальной реакцией на туберкулиновую пробу Манту с 2 ТЕ, без клинических, рентгенологических и бактериологических признаков активного туберкулеза, 39 из них во время исследования получали профилактическое лечение по поводу латентной туберкулезной инфекции. Определялись: уровень 25-гидроксихолекальциферола (кальцидиол, 25(OH)D) в крови (концентрация менее 10 нг/мл расценивалась как выраженный дефицит, концентрация 11-20 нг/мл – как дефицит, 21-29 нг/мл – как недостаточность, выше 30 нг/мл – как адекватный уровень витамина D); кальций общий и кальций ионизированный.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты: не имели адекватной обеспеченности витамином D 87,5% (14/16) детей из группы 3-6 лет и 96% (23/24) детей из группы 7-17 лет; pТКФишера &gt; 0,05. Уровень кальция общего и кальция ионизированного в крови у всех детей был в пределах возрастной нормы.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>The objective</title><p>The objective: to assess the level of vitamin D and parameters of phosphorus-calcium metabolism in children with latent tuberculosis infection.</p></sec><sec><title>Subjects and methods</title><p>Subjects and methods. 40 children from 3 to 17 years were enrolled in the study, they all had the abnormal reaction to Mantoux test with 2 TU but no clinical, radiological and bacteriological signs of active tuberculosis; 39 of them received preventive treatment for latent tuberculosis infection during the study. The following parameters were tested: blood level of 25-hydroxycholecalciferol (calcidiol, 25(OH)D) (the level of less than 10 ng/ml was considered as pronounce severe deficiency, the level of 11-20 ng/ml as moderate deficiency, 21-29 ng/ml – minor deficiency, above 30 ng/ml – an adequate level of vitamin D); total calcium, and ionized calcium.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: 87.5% (14/16) of children from the group of 3-6 years old and 96% (23/24) of children from the group of 7-17 years old were found to have vitamin D deficiency; p &gt; 0.05.
