Первая группа ‒ 59 (16,3%) пациентов с неблагоприятным исходом, вторая группа – 304 (83,7%) пациента с благоприятным исходом.</p></sec><sec><title>Методы</title><p>Методы: анализ парных таблиц сопряженности по критерию Пирсона, количественных признаков по критерию Манна ‒ Уитни, простая и множественная логистическая регрессия.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Определены факторы неблагоприятного исхода у больного туберкулезом с ВИЧ-инфекцией с наибольшей чувствительностью и специфичностью: уровень гемоглобина (чувствительность – 78,0%, специфичность – 73,7%), кандидоз желудочно-кишечного тракта (72,9 и 84,5%), жидкий стул (40,7 и 97,4%), отсутствие лимфаденопатии (89,8 и 57,2%), головная боль (49,2 и 88,5%). Сочетание данных клинических проявлений дает чувствительность 78,0% при специфичности 94,4%.</p><p>Предложена формула для расчета вероятности неблагоприятного исхода у больного с туберкулезом и ВИЧ-инфекцией.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>The objective</title><p>The objective: to identify clinical factors with the highest sensitivity and speciﬁcity associated with an unfavorable outcome in the patient with tuberculosis and HIV infection.</p></sec><sec><title>Subjects</title><p>Subjects. 363 patients with TB/HIV co-infection. Group 1 – 59 (16.3%) patients with the unfavorable outcome, Group 2 – 304 (83.7%) patients with a favorable outcome.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods: analysis of paired contingency tables by Pearson criterion, quantitative signs by Mann – Whitney test, simple and multiple logistic regression.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The following factors promoting unfavorable outcomes in the patient with TB/HIV co-infection with the highest sensitivity and speciﬁcity were identiﬁed: hemoglobin level (sensitivity – 78.0%; speciﬁcity – 73.7%), gastrointestinal candidiasis (72.9% and 84.5%), loose stool (40.7% and 97.4%), no lymphadenopathy (89.8% and 57.2%), and headache (49.2% and 88.5%).
