Проведено ретроспективное изучение данных, полученных при трахеобронхоскопии у 371 больного туберкулезом органов дыхания в период с 2018 по 2020 г. Показанием к бронхоскопии было наличие у пациента с туберкулезом легких клинико-рентгенологических симптомов, характерных для туберкулеза бронхов. Все пациенты были распределены в две группы: с ВИЧ+ и ВИЧ-.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. У пациентов с туберкулезом легких, имеющих клинико-рентгенологические данные, характерные для туберкулеза бронхов, частота эндоскопического подтверждения диагноза туберкулеза бронхов в группе ВИЧ-позитивных – 57/71 (80,3%), в группе ВИЧ-негативных – 138/300 (46,0%), p &lt; 0,01; χ2 = 27,06.</p><p>Наиболее часто у ВИЧ-позитивных больных выявляли инфильтративную форму туберкулеза бронха – 27 (47,4%) чел. и свищевую – 23 (40,4%), поражение бронхов у больных туберкулезом без ВИЧ-инфекции носило в основном инфильтративный характер – 94 (68,1%) или язвенный – 24 (17,4%).</p><p>Частота микробиологического выявления возбудителя туберкулеза увеличивается при исследовании бронхобиоптатов по сравнению с мокротой, особенно у больных туберкулезом без ВИЧ-инфекции (с 39,9 до 91,3%), среди пациентов с ВИЧ-инфекцией с 15,7 до 47,4%.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>The objective</title><p>The objective: to compare the effectiveness of endoscopic diagnosis of bronchial tuberculosis in pulmonary tuberculosis patients with different HIV status.</p></sec><sec><title>Subjects and Methods</title><p>Subjects and Methods. The data obtained during tracheobronchoscopy in 371 respiratory tuberculosis patients from 2018 to 2020 were retrospectively studied. The indication for bronchoscopy was the presence of clinical and radiological symptoms characteristic of bronchial tuberculosis in a pulmonary tuberculosis patient. All patients were divided into two groups: HIV+ and HIV-.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. In pulmonary tuberculosis patients with clinical and radiographic findings characteristic of bronchial tuberculosis, the frequency of endoscopic confirmation of bronchial tuberculosis in HIV+ Group was 57/71 (80.3%), in HIV- Group – 138/300 (46.0%), p &lt; 0.01; χ2 = 27.06.</p><p>Most often, in HIV-positive patients, the infiltrative form of bronchus tuberculosis was detected – 27 (47.4%) patients, and the fistulous form – 23 (40.4%) patients, bronchial lesions in HIV negative tuberculosis patients were mainly infiltrative – 94 (68.1%) or ulcerative – 24 (17.4%).</p><p>The frequency of microbiological detection of the causative agent of tuberculosis increased when bronchobiopsy was performed versus sputum microscopy, especially in HIV negative tuberculosis patients (from 39.9 to 91.3%), and among HIV positive patients from 15.7 to 47.4%.</p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>туберкулез</kwd><kwd>ВИЧ-инфекция</kwd><kwd>коинфекция ВИЧ-и/туберкулез</kwd><kwd>туберкулез бронха</kwd><kwd>бронхоскопия</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>tuberculosis</kwd><kwd>HIV infection</kwd><kwd>TB/HIV co-infection</kwd><kwd>bronchial tuberculosis</kwd><kwd>bronchoscopy</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Антипов А.
