В исследование случай-контроль включено 62 курящих мужчины, госпитализированных неотложно по поводу ОКС. Группу 1 составил 31 чел. с ОКС, развившимся на фоне COVID-19, группу 2 ‒ 31 чел. с ОКС без COVID-19. Пациенты в группах были сопоставимы по возрасту, индексу массы тела и дате госпитализации. Согласно действовавшим порядкам маршрутизации, пациенты в зависимости от статуса COVID-19 направлялись в разные стационары Свердловской области в период с сентября по декабрь 2020 г. Использованы данные медицинских карт стационарных больных. Кровь исследовали на автоматическом гематологическом анализаторе Mindray BC-5150 (China), выполняющем полный клинический анализ крови и дифференцировку лейкоцитов на 5 субпопуляций. Статистическую обработку проводили с помощью программного продукта Statistica 13.0. Значимость различий принималась при p &lt; 0,05.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. У курящих мужчин с ОКС в случае развития COVID-19, в отличие от таковых при отсутствии COVID-19, наблюдался более низкий уровень диастолического артериального давления, значимо чаще диагностировалась 1-й и 2-й степени артериальная гипертензия, отмечалась более высокая частота дыхательных движений при одинаковой частоте выявления и функциональных характеристиках хронической сердечной недостаточности и хронической обструктивной болезни легких. В гемограмме отмечены: меньший уровень количества лейкоцитов, эритроцитов, гемоглобина, гематокрита, средней концентрации гемоглобина в эритроците; больший уровень моноцитов, скорости оседания эритроцитов и среднего объема тромбоцитов. Вышеперечисленные изменения можно связать с влиянием COVID-19.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>The objective</title><p>The objective: to define hemogram parameters in smokers with COVID-19 and acute coronary syndrome when they are admitted to hospital.</p></sec><sec><title>Subjects and Methods</title><p>Subjects and Methods. 62 male smokers hospitalized due to acute coronary syndrome (ACS) were enrolled into a case-control study. Group 1 (n = 31) had ASC and COVID-19, Group 2 (n = 31) had ACS and no COVID-19. The groups were adjusted by age, body mass index and the date of hospitalisation. According to the current routing procedures, from September to December 2020, the subjects were referred to different hospitals in Sverdlovsk Region depending on COVID-19 status. Inpatient medical records were used to collect the data. Blood parameters were examined by Mindray BC-5150 (China) automatic hematological analyzer performing complete clinical blood count and differentiating 5 leukocyte subpopulations. Statistical processing was performed using Statistica 13.0. The significance of differences was taken at p &lt; 0.05.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Smoking men with COVID-19 and ACS unlike those GOVID-19 negative had a lower level of diastolic blood pressure, significantly more often were diagnosed with low degrees of hypertension, higher BPD with the same frequency of detection and functional characteristics of chronic heart failure and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. The hemogram showed a lower level of the number of leukocytes, the percentage of neutrophils, erythrocytes, hemoglobin, hematocrit, the average concentration of hemoglobin in the erythrocyte; a higher level of monocytes, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, and average platelet volume.
