Принятие решения о назначении антибактериальной терапии при присоединении вторичной бактериальной пневмонии при SARS-CoV-2-ассоциированном поражении легких должно быть основано на комплексной оценке результатов клинического и лабораторно-инструментального обследования, в том числе повышения уровня прокальцитонина (более 0,5 нг/мл).</p><p>Для достижения этой цели использован анализ 48 источников литературы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The objective of this review is to optimize the use of antibiotic therapy for COVID-19 based on the published and our own data.
