Проанализированы данные 194 пациентов, которым по поводу медиастинальной лимфаденопатии неясной этиологии была выполнена TBNA при фибробронхоскопии (1 группа) или при ригидной бронхоскопии (2 группа). Результаты. Общая информативность биопсии составила 90,7%, при этом при опухолевых поражениях чувствительность была 89,5%, специфичность – 97,5%, при саркоидозе органов дыхания – 92,5% и 85,9%, соответственно. Лучшие показатели отмечены в группе 1 (гибкая бронхоскопия пункционными иглами 19G) по сравнению с группой 2 (ригидная бронхоскопия пункционными иглами 16G), что может быть обусловлено незначительным числом исследований в группе 2.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>The objective</title><p>The objective: to analyze results of TBNA for diagnosis of mediastinal lymphadenopathy performed with flexible and rigid tracheobronchoscopy with needles of different diameters.</p></sec><sec><title>Subjects and Methods</title><p>Subjects and Methods. We analyzed data of 194 patients who underwent TBNA with fibrobronchoscopy (Group 1) or rigid bronchoscopy (Group 2) for mediastinal lymphadenopathy of uncertain etiology.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The overall diagnostic efficacy of the biopsy was 90,7%, while in case of tumors, the sensitivity was 89,5% and specificity was 97,5%, in case of respiratory sarcoidosis, they were 92,5% and 85,9%, respectively.
