Москвы)</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. По данным системы эпидемиологического мониторинга туберкулеза г. Москвы произведен ретроспективный анализ результатов лечения 4609 больных туберкулезом, госпитализированных в туберкулезные стационары в период с 2020-2022 гг. Оценена частота выявления ВТЭО.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Всего было выявлено 214/4609 случаев ВТЭО (4,6%; 95% ДИ 4,1-5,3%), среди которых частота развития ТГВ составила 3,5% (95% ДИ 3,0-4,1%), ТПВ – 1,5 % (95% ДИ 1,2-1,9%), а ТЭЛА – 0,6% (95% ДИ 0,4-0,8%). Установлены наиболее значимые факторы риска возникновения тромботических осложнений у больных туберкулезом, это наличие ВИЧ – инфекции (RR 3,8; 95% ДИ 2,7-4,5), фиброзно-кавернозной формы туберкулеза легких (RR 9,1; 95% ДИ 4,7-17,6). Общая распространенность ВТЭО во фтизиатрических стационарах в 3 и более раза превысила таковую в общесоматических клиниках (по литературным данным).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Полученные данные свидетельствуют, что у пациентов, госпитализированных по поводу туберкулеза легких, имеется высокий фактор риска развития ВТЭО, что требует прогнозирования и профилактики.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>The objective</title><p>The objective: to evaluate VTEC in new tuberculosis patients and relapses, to determine main factors influencing its development (according to data of the patients admitted to Moscow tuberculosis hospitals)</p></sec><sec><title>Subjects and Methods</title><p>Subjects and Methods. Based on the data of epidemiological tuberculosis monitoring system of Moscow, treatment outcomes of 4609 tuberculosis patients admitted to tuberculosis hospitals from 2020 to 2022 were retrospectively analyzed. The incidence of VTEC was estimated.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Totally 214/4609 cases of VTEC were identified (4.6%; 95% CI 4.1-5.3%), among which the incidence of DVT made 3.5% (95% CI 3.0-4.1%), SVP 1.5% (95% CI 1.2-1.9%), and PATE 0.6% (95% CI 0.4-0.8%). The most significant risk factors of thrombotic complications in tuberculosis patients were identified, those factors included HIV infection (RR 3.8; 95% CI 2.7-4.5) and fibrous cavernous form of pulmonary tuberculosis (RR 9.1; 95% CI 4.7-17.6). The overall prevalence of VTEC in tuberculosis hospitals was 3 or more times higher than in general clinics (according to the published data).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
