Приведены сведения о влиянии нарушения микробиоты кишечника на развитие туберкулеза, тяжесть течения и частоту рецидивов. Освещены вопросы изменения состава кишечной микробиоты при проведении противотуберкулезной терапии и влияние коррекции пробиотиками на переносимость противотуберкулезной терапии и эффективность лечения, в том числе у детей.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The review analyzes 69 publications, of which 45 are devoted to studying gut microbiota in tuberculosis patients. The review presents data on the effect of gut microbiota disorders on the development of tuberculosis, severity and relapse rate.
