Для исследования отобрали 91 больного туберкулезом легких с множественной лекарственной устойчивостью, из них 36 человек (39,6%) имели положительный ВИЧ-статус. Было сформировано 4 группы сравнения: в зависимости от ВИЧ-статуса и включения в схему ХТ препарата деламанид. В группы с деламанидом входили только те пациенты, у которых бедаквилин или линезолид были отменены из-за нежелательных реакций.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Результаты лечения МЛУ-ТБ с включением в схему химиотерапии в интенсивной фазе препарата деламанид свидетельствуют о его высокой эффективности и безопасности, в том числе среди пациентов с сочетанной ВИЧ-инфекцией.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>The objective</title><p>The objective: to evaluate treatment results in MDR TB patients when delamanid is added to the treatment regimen.</p></sec><sec><title>Subjects and Methods</title><p>Subjects and Methods. 91 patients with multiple drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis were included in the study, of which 36 people (39.6%) were HIV positive. Patients were divided into four comparison groups depending on HIV status and inclusion of delamanid in the treatment regimen. Groups receiving delamanid included only patients in whom bedaquiline or linezolid had been discontinued due to adverse reactions.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results.
