Материал отобран согласно дизайну PRISMA из международных и российских баз данных (PubMed, elibrary) по ключевым словам «нетуберкулезный микобактериоз», «иммунология», «генетика», «диагностика» в соответствии с классификатором MeSH. Всего найдено и проанализировано 50 источников литературы. Выявлены ключевые направления в изучении патогенеза микобактериальных инфекций, факторов риска заболевания среди иммунокомпетентных лиц, генетические особенности предрасположенности к микобактериозу.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This review presents publications on the immunopathogenesis of nontuberculous mycobacteria (NTMB). The publications were selected according to the PRISMA design from international and Russian databases (PubMed, elibrary) using the keywords “non-tuberculous mycobacteriosis”, “immunology”, “genetics”, “diagnostics” in accordance with the MeSH classifier. A total of 50 literature sources were found and analyzed.
