Исследование проводили на 30 нелинейных самках крыс массой 230-250 г, разделенных на 3 группы. Контрольная группа (КГ) получала 1% крахмальный гель. Опытная группа 1 (ОГ1) получала комплекс из 5 противотуберкулезных препаратов (ПТП): Mxf + Bdq + Lzd + Cs + Z, опытная группа 2 (ОГ2) получала те же ПТП, и дополнительно вводился коэнзим Q10 в виде лекарственного препарата Кудесан за 30 минут до комплекса ПТП. Дозы ПТП и коэнзима Q10 были эквивалентны терапевтическим дозам для человека, используемым в клинике. Проявление токсических реакций у крыс оценивали по изменению массы тела, клиническим и биохимическим показателям крови, изменению параметров ЭКГ и поведенческих реакций в тесте «Открытое поле» и морфологическим изменениям органов и тканей.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Коэнзим Q10 проявил способность к модификации вызванных комплексом ПТП кардио-, гепато-, гемато- и нефротоксичности на функциональном и морфологическом уровнях. Нейропротекторное действие коэнзима Q10 в использованной дозе оценить не удалось из-за слабо выраженных изменений поведенческих реакций у крыс на комплекс ПТП по сравнению с контролем.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>The objective</title><p>The objective: to study toxicity modifying effects of Coenzyme Q10 in toxic reactions caused by a combination of antituberculosis drugs in the rat experiment.  </p></sec><sec><title>Subjects and Methods</title><p>Subjects and Methods. 30 non-linear female rats weighing 230-250 g, divided into 3 groups were used in the experiment. Control Group (CG) received 1% starch gel. Experimental Group 1 (EG1) received a combination of 5 antituberculosis drugs: Mxf + Bdq + Lzd + Cs + Z, Experimental Group 2 (EG2) received the same antituberculosis drugs, and additionally Coenzyme Q10 as the drug product of Qudesan, 30 min before the combination of antituberculosis drugs. Doses of antituberculosis drugs and Coenzyme Q10 were equivalent to human therapeutic doses used in the clinic. The manifestation of toxic reactions in rats was evaluated by body weight changes, clinical and biochemical blood parameters, changes in ECG and behavioral reactions in the open field test, and morphological changes in organs and tissues.  </p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Coenzyme Q10 showed the ability to modify cardio-, hepato-, hematoto- and nephrotoxicity induced by antituberculosis drugs at functional and morphologic levels.
