В процессе лечения пациента после начала антиретровирусной терапии развился синдром восстановления иммунной системы с сочетанным туберкулезным и криптококковым менингитом, которые успешно разрешились после четырех месяцев интенсивной терапии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article describes a case of successful clinical cure of an HIV-positive patient with multiple infectious and parasitic co-morbidities affecting the meninges. Upon treatment, the immune reconstitution inflammatory syndrome with combined tuberculous and fungal meningitis developed after the start of anti-retrovirals.
