Воронеже и в Воронежской области в 2018-2023 гг.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Проведено ретроспективное исследование 376 случаев впервые выявленного туберкулеза легких у лиц старше 60 лет, проживавших в г. Воронеже и Воронежской области, выявленных в течение 2018-2023 гг. на базе КУЗ ВО «ВОКПТД им. Н.С. Похвисневой». Проанализированы данные статистической формы 089/у «Извещение о больном с впервые в жизни установленным диагнозом туберкулеза».</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В Воронежской области с 2018 по 2023 гг. произошло увеличение доли лиц пожилого и старческого возраста среди впервые выявленных больных туберкулезом легких с 16,39% до 24,16%. Проживали в районах области – 59,84% впервые выявленных пациентов. Среди форм туберкулеза преобладал инфильтративный туберкулез (74,2%), кавернозный и фиброзно-кавернозный туберкулез составили 1,32% среди жителей г. Воронежа и 1,87% – среди жителей области. Бактериовыделение наблюдалось у 65,69% больных. Доля активно выявленных лиц составляла 78,45%. В стационарах нетуберкулезного профиля туберкулез был выявлен у 81/376 (21,54%) пациентов.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>The objective</title><p>The objective: to study specific features of detection new pulmonary tuberculosis and structure of its clinical forms of in elderly and senile individuals living in the city of Voronezh and Voronezh Oblast in 2018-2023.</p></sec><sec><title>Subjects and Methods</title><p>Subjects and Methods. 376 individuals with new pulmonary tuberculosis over 60 years old were included in a retrospective study. They all lived in the city of Voronezh and Voronezh Oblast, and they were detected at N.S. Pokhvisneva Regional Clinical TB Dispensary in 2018-2023. The data of Statistic Report 089/u on New Case Notification were analyzed.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. In Voronezh Oblast in 2018-2023, in the proportion of elderly and senile people among new pulmonary tuberculosis cases increased from 16.39% to 24.16%. 59.84% of new patients lived in rural districts. Among clinical forms, infiltrative tuberculosis was predominant (74.2%), cavernous and fibrous cavernous tuberculosis accounted for 1.32% among residents of the city of Voronezh and 1.87% among residents of rural areas. 65.69% patient had a positive result of sputum testing. 78.45% cases were detected by active case finding, In non-TB hospitals, tuberculosis was detected in 81/376 (21.54%) patients.</p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>туберкулез</kwd><kwd>пожилой возраст</kwd><kwd>старение населения</kwd><kwd>заболеваемость туберкулезом</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>tuberculosis</kwd><kwd>senile age</kwd><kwd>population aging</kwd><kwd>tuberculosis incidence</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Васильева И.А.
