Исследование состояло из 2-х экспериментов, которые различались по комбинации ПТП и препарату сопровождения. В 1-м эксперименте крысы опытных групп получали Mxf Lzd Pto Cs Z и Mxf Lzd Pto Cs Z + семакс; во 2-м эксперименте – Mxf Lzd Pto Bdq Cfz и Mxf Lzd Pto Bdq Cfz + аскорбиген. Крысы контрольных групп получали перорально 1%-ный крахмальный гель. Длительность введения составила 14 дней во всех группах. Гепатотоксичность оценивали по биохимическим показателям и патоморфологическим критериям.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. У крыс, получавших Mxf Lzd Pto Cs Z, определяли статистически значимое повышение активности трансаминаз и содержания общего билирубина, выраженные изменения ткани печени по сравнению с контрольной группой. У крыс, получавших Mxf Lzd Pto Bdq Cfz, на фоне повышения активности трансаминаз патоморфологические изменения печени были менее выражены. Применение семакса и аскорбигена способствовало нормализации ферментативной активности и снижению повреждения ткани печени. Показано, что токсикомодифицирующие свойства аскорбигена более выражены, однако гепатопротекторный потенциал семакса проявился при более глубоких структурных нарушениях печени. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>The objective</title><p>The objective: comparative assessment of hepatotoxicity of combinations of anti-tuberculosis drugs (ATBDs) including those recommended for short-course chemotherapy and analysis of protective properties of Semax and ascorbigen.</p></sec><sec><title>Subjects and Methods</title><p>Subjects and Methods. The study consisted of 2 experiments with different combinations of anti-tuberculosis drugs and the accompanying drug. In Experiment 1, rats in the experimental groups received Mxf Lzd Pto Cs Z and Mxf Lzd Pto Cs Z + Semax; in Experiment 2, they received Mxf Lzd Pto Bdq Cfz and Mxf Lzd Pto Bdq Cfz + ascorbigen. Rats in control groups were administered 1% starch gel orally. The duration of administration made 14 days in all groups. Hepatotoxicity was assessed by biochemical parameters and pathomorphological criteria.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. In rats, receiving Mxf Lzd Pto Cs Z, a statistically significant increase in transaminase and total bilirubin levels as well as profound changes in liver tissue were detected versus Control Group. In rats receiving Mxf Lzd Pto Bdq Cfz, despite the elevated transaminase activity, pathomorphological changes in the liver were less severe. The use of Semax and ascorbigen contributed to the improvement of enzymatic activity and lower liver tissue damage.
