<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article describes a clinical case of successful treatment of a 13-year-old female patient with post-tuberculous stenosis of the left main bronchus of grade 3-4 using a self-fixing endoprosthesis. As a result of 24 months of anti-tuberculosis chemotherapy and 18 months of endoprosthetics, it was possible to cure tuberculosis of the lungs and bronchi, restore the function of the left main bronchus, and avoid organ-removing surgery in the child. The method of treatment with self-fixing endoprostheses in a pediatric phthisiological practice was used for the first time. </p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>туберкулез</kwd><kwd>дети</kwd><kwd>туберкулез бронха</kwd><kwd>посттуберкулезный стеноз бронха</kwd><kwd>лечение</kwd><kwd>самофиксирующийся эндопротез</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>tuberculosis</kwd><kwd>children</kwd><kwd>bronchial tuberculosis</kwd><kwd>post-tuberculous bronchial stenosis</kwd><kwd>treatment</kwd><kwd>self-fixing endoprosthesis</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Бабченок И.В., Кривошеева Ж.И., Бабченок А.М. и др.
