Сочетание индивидуально подобранной химиотерапии МБ и установки в верхнедолевой бронх правого легкого эндобронхиального клапана, дренирующего полость, позволили добиться такого результата у пациентки, имевшей в анамнезе ТЭЛА и другие локализации тромбозов, что являлось противопоказанием для резекционных операций на легком.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents a clinical case of cure of pulmonary mycobacteriosis (MB) with healing of a pathological cavity that developed as a result of Mycobacterium kansasii invasion.
