Из 1079 пациентов, госпитализированных с подозрением на COVID-19 и пневмонию, методом сплошной выборки ретроспективно отобрано 120 историй болезней пациентов с туберкулезом, летальный исход – в 17,5% случаев (21/120).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. У пациентов с летальным исходом чаще встречались хронические заболевания почек, сахарный диабет и дефицит массы тела. Из лабораторных данных наиболее значимыми факторами риска неблагоприятного исхода оказались: уровень гемоглобина менее 110 г/л, общего белка менее 60,4 г/л, D-димера более 2,21 мкг/мл, С-реактивного белка более 91,9 мг/л. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>The objective</title><p>The objective: to analyze risk factors of the unfavorable course of tuberculosis detected in the patients hospitalized with suspected COVID-19.</p></sec><sec><title>Subjects and Methods</title><p>Subjects and Methods. Of 1079 patients hospitalized with suspected COVID-19 and pneumonia, 120 case histories of patients with tuberculosis were retrospectively selected using a continuous sampling method; the fatal outcome was reported in 17.5% of cases (21/120).</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Chronic kidney disease, diabetes mellitus, and underweight were more common among patients with a fatal outcome.
