Выявление туберкулеза с устойчивостью к рифампицину в среднем составило 13%. Обращает на себя внимания то, что среди новых случаев с отрицательным результатом микроскопии мазка мокроты выявление больных туберкулезом с лекарственной устойчивостью возбудителя составило 5%, а среди ранее леченных, также с отрицательным результатом микроскопии мазка, – почти 20%.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The Xpert MTB/RIF analysis was used to test 3,829 autopsy specimens. The detection rate of rifampicin-resistant tuberculosis averaged 13%.
