Обследованы 80 больных ХОБЛ и 76 здоровых. Экспрессия рецепторов к лептину и адипонектину в сосудах исследована методом иммунофлюоресценции у 30 человек. Экспрессия лептина и адипонектина в контроле представлена в коже, подкожно-жировой клетчатке и поперечно-полосатой мускулатуре. При ХОБЛ экспрессия лептина и адипонектина определяется в коже и подкожно-жировой клетчатке. В контроле и при ХОБЛ экспрессия лептина определялась в эндотелии и миоцитах, достигая достоверного снижения при II и III стадиях. Экспрессия адипонектина в контроле и при I стадии определялась только в адвентиции. При II и III стадиях появляется экспрессия адипонектина в миоцитах и эндотелии. Рецепторная экспрессия к лептину и адипонектину повторяет их содержание в крови. Установлены корреляции лептина и адипонектина и их экспрессий с индексом массы тела, минеральной плотности костной ткани. Выявленные изменение подтверждают вклад адипокинов в ремоделирование мышечной и костной тканей при ХОБЛ.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The purpose is to identify the leptin and adiponectin content in blood regarding their receptor expression in the soft tissue of the hip in case of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with the signs of osteporosis.</p><p>80 COPD patients and 76 healthy persons were examined. Receptor expression to leptin and adiponectin in the vessels was tested by immune-fluorescent technique in 30 patients.</p><p>Control leptin and adiponectin expression was presented in skin, subcutaneous fat and cross-striped muscles. In case of COPD leptin and adiponectin expression was identified in skin and subcutaneous fat. In control cases and COPD leptin expression was identified in endothelium and myocytes achieving confident reduction at stages II and III. Adiponectin expression in control cases and in stage I was detection only in adventitia. In stages II and III stages adiponectin is expressed in myocytes and endothelium. Receptor expression to leptin and adiponectin repeats their content in blood.
