Проведены исследования микрофлоры дыхательных путей в двух группах: 1-я группа - 52 пациента с раком легких без ХОБЛ; 2-я группа - 23 пациента с раком легких в сочетании с ХОБЛ.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. У больных со злокачественными опухолями легких ни один из методов получения материала из дыхательных путей, будучи примененным изолированно, не позволяет установить весь спектр микроорганизмов дыхательных путей. Наиболее полное представление о микрофлоре в дыхательных путях можно получить при комплексном бактериологическом исследовании мазка из зева, мокроты, бронхиального аспирата/смыва и материала «защищенной» щеточной биопсии. Изучение спектра возбудителей показало, что в верхних дыхательных путях преобладают грибы рода Сandida, в нижних дыхательных путях - преимущественно выделяются грамотрицательные микроорганизмы родов: Citrobacter, Serratia, Acinetobacter, Pseudomonas, Escherichia, Klebsiella, Enterobacter, Burkholderia. Выявлено, что микробная нагрузка в дыхательных путях у больных раком легкого, ассоциированным с ХОБЛ (115 штаммов у 23 пациентов), гораздо выше, чем у больных раком легкого (108 штаммов у 52 пациентов).</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Goal of the study</title><p>Goal of the study: to study the bacterial population in the respiratory tract at various levels in those suffering from pulmonary malicious tumors including patients with concurrent chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. Bacterial population of the respiratory tract was studied in two groups: Group 1 included 52 lung cancer patients without COPD, Group 2 included 23 lung cancer patients with concurrent COPD.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. In the lung cancer patients none of the technique of the sample collection from respiratory tract used by itself did not allow identification of the whole spectrum of bacterial population in the respiratory tract. The most comprehensive picture of bacterial population in the respiratory tract could be obtained through integral bacteriological testing of the smear out of pharynx, sputum, bronchial aspirate/washout and samples obtained through «protected» brush biopsy. The study of the bacterial population profile showed that Candida fungi prevail in the upper respiratory tract and the following gram-negative bacteria prevail in the lower respiratory tract: Citrobacter, Serratia, Acinetobacter, Pseudomonas, Escherichia, klebsiella, Enterobacter, Burkholderia.
