Пациенты были разделены на две группы по сроку после окончания основного курса лечения: I группа - 32 пациента (до 6 мес.), II группа - 63 пациента (более 6 мес.).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты исследования</title><p>Результаты исследования. Результаты пробы с АТР в I группе в 34,4%, а во II группе в 23,8% случаев оставались положительными. Средний размер папулы в I группе - 10 мм (95%-ный ДИ 6,5-13,3), во II - 13 мм (95%-ный ДИ 8,4-19,7). У пациентов I группы сохранение положительной пробы с АТР чаще отмечено при наличии исходной инфильтративной формы туберкулеза легких и бактериовыделения. Для пациентов II группы сохранение положительной пробы с АТР соотносилось с наличием сопутствующих заболеваний и контакта с больным туберкулезом в анамнезе. В обеих группах достоверно чаще выявляли положительные пробы с АТР среди одиноких пациентов. Тест с АТР может стать важным исследованием для объективной оценки риска рецидива туберкулезного процесса после основного курса лечения.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Goal of the study</title><p>Goal of the study: to evaluate the test with tuberculous recombinant allergen (TRA) in the patients with effective treatment course due to tuberculosis, to investigate the impact of clinical, epidemiological and social factors on persistence of active tuberculosis.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. Patients were divided into 2 groups basing on time period after completion of the main treatment course. Group I – 32 patients (up to 6 months), group II – 63 patients (more than 6 months).</p></sec><sec><title>Results of the study</title><p>Results of the study. Results of TRA tests in Group I remained positive in 34.4% of patients and in Group II - 23.8%. The average size of the induration in Group I made 10 mm(95% CI 6.5-13.3), in Group II – 13 mm (95% CI 8.4-19.7) Patients from Group I had positive results of TRA test more often in case of initial infiltrate form of pulmonary tuberculosis and bacillary excretion. In patients from Group II the positive TRA results correlated with presence of concurrent conditions and exposure to a tuberculosis case in the past. Positive results were confidently more often observed in lonely patients in both groups.
