Перспективы расширения медикаментозной терапии туберкулеза с множественной и широкой лекарственной устойчивостью

Аннотация

В обзоре представлен анализ 64 публикаций, посвященных перепрофилированным антибиотикам и перспективам их применения для лечения туберкулеза с множественной и широкой лекарственной устойчивостью. Приведены сведения о механизмах действия на микобактерии туберкулеза бета-лактамов и макролидов, результаты клинических исследований и профиля безопасности.
