Коинфекция (ВИЧ-инфекция/туберкулез) у беременных женщин
Аннотация
В обзоре литературы освещено современное состояние проблемы коинфекции (ВИЧ-инфекция/туберкулез) у беременных женщин. Рассмотрены вопросы выявления и диагностики туберкулеза у женщин с ВИЧ-инфекцией во время беременности. Подходы к лечению лекарственно-чувствительного и лекарственно-устойчивого туберкулеза у беременных женщин с ВИЧ-инфекцией изложены с учетом возможных лекарственных взаимодействий. Обзор литературы включает раздел, посвященный особенностям диагностики врожденного туберкулеза у детей, рожденных от матерей с коинфекцией. Показана необходимость дальнейшего изучения актуальной проблемы сочетания ВИЧ-инфекции и туберкулеза при беременности.
