Аналитический обзор методов диагностики женского генитального и перитонеального туберкулеза

Аннотация

Обзор включает анализ 80 источников по женскому генитальному туберкулезу (ЖГТБ) и перитонеальному туберкулезу (ПТБ), чья клинико-социальная значимость обусловлена прямым влиянием на репродуктивное здоровье. Эти формы туберкулеза связаны с тяжелыми долгосрочными последствиями – бесплодием, хронической тазовой болью, повторными ранними потерями беременности и риском генерализации туберкулеза вплоть до милиарной формы во время гестации. Раннее выявление осложняется труднодоступностью очагов, ограниченной возможностью визуализирующих методов и частым малосимптомным течением. Обзор систематизирует современные данные о лабораторной и инструментальной диагностике внелегочного туберкулеза (ВЛТБ) с акцентом на ЖГТБ и ПТБ и включает критическую оценку доказательств, касающихся клинической верификации и мониторинга терапии.
